Before Sailing please read and agree to the terms & conditions contained on these pages.

Emagine (UK) Ltd endeavour to ensure all passengers complete satisfaction in making their cruise holiday arrangements, however it is understood that Emagine (UK) Ltd. is acting on your behalf and it is therefore necessary to make a few normal conditions, as follows:

Emagine (UK) Ltd. is a fully bonded Civil Aviation Authority ATOL licence holder and an accredited I.A.T.A. agency. Emagine UK Ltd is also the appointed Sales Agent for Viking Line Abp in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Please be aware that Emagine (UK) Ltd. is acting solely as your booking agent, subject to which all bookings are accepted.

All bookings accepted by Emagine (UK) Ltd and arrangements made are subject to the booking conditions imposed by the principals. The Principals are the cruise operators. Payment

Generally bookings outside 12 weeks require a deposit of £120 per person with the balance required 12 weeks prior to departure. If booking within 12 weeks of departure full payment will be required immediately. The exact payment requirements for your chosen cruise operator will be advised at the time of booking.

If, after a deposit is taken, the balance is not paid by the designated time, Emagine (UK) Ltd. reserve the right, after due notice to the client, to cancel the booking and all deposits and assurances will be forfeited. Any charge imposed by the principal to cancel the booking, will be the liability of the customer.

Cancellation

Any booking cancellation must be made to Emagine (UK) Ltd. in writing, by Recorded Delivery. We cannot accept cancellation by telephone. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive them. Upon receipt we will contact the relevant cruise operator to ascertain the relevant charges. You will then be liable for those charges.

Cinderella Age Limit

Unfortunately for anyone under the age of 21 we can not offer travel on Viking Line Cinderella, it does not however apply to any other Viking Line route.
